Development of the University Athletics Facilities District
The University plans to create a unique mixed-use development on 330 acres at the north end of the Campus that will celebrate the confluence of the country’s largest university by enrollment, vibrant downtown, and a set of major amateur sports venues. This is an opportunity to create an emblematic model for planning and development that will demonstrate the future of creative urban neighborhood design and sustainable development. Arizona State University requests statements of qualifications from firms or developers for the planning and development of one of the country’s premiere sustainable urban development opportunities, in an area identified as the University Athletics Facilities District (the “District”).
