Development of a Master Plan with schematic infrastructure and utility plans and coordination of
building plans with project cost modeling for the financing, development and management of the
Randleigh project including:
Residential development to include multi-family and single family units
Office; Commercial and light Institutional
Schools; elementary and middle
Energy System(s), conventional and/or alternative, and public utility partnerships
Coordinate with City Consultants in the Environmental Education Center Program Design
Water, Wastewater and Reuse Systems
Waste Management plan to include biosolids application and water reuse irrigation
Low impact Stormwater development standards
