The U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement for system analysis and programming services for the maintenance and development of analysis, modeling, and data management software in the water resources field along with user support, training, and mentoring in the use of the software. As computing environments and mission requirements change over time, existing software may need to be revised, enhanced or may need to be replaced with new software. The intent of this procurement is to provide a full range of water-resources research and software engineering capabilities within a professional environment.
This pre-solicitation notice serves as a notice that an anticipated solicitation will be posted on or about 15 days after this posting. Estimated due date of proposals will be on or about 30 days after solicitation posting. Estimated contract performance period will be a base period of 1 year and 4, 1-year option periods.
Vendors must be registered at http://www.sam.gov and https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect to be awarded a contract.
This will be a total small business set aside.
