Development of an outreach/marketing/fundraising plan
The Foundation is looking to increase the support of the foundation programs by developing an outreach/marketing/fundraising plan for their group. The Foundation has decided to request proposals for the services outlined below.
The Foundation seeks proposals from qualified individuals to perform the following fundraising activities:
1. To develop a plan that addresses the partnership opportunities with the foundation and businesses including the procurement of disposable items and equipment in trade programs;
2. To develop a strategic communications plan that assists Foundation members and CATEC staff with marketing of ideas, news, promotions, and programs at the school. Developing a consistent method and procedure for outreaching.
3. Developing a plan that enhances relationship development activities in an effort to reach the fundraising goals of the Foundation. Fundraising dollars gained will serve as a research and development component for programs and offerings at the school; and
4. Establish CATEC’s brand position articulating the quality education CATEC is providing for their students through standard communication tools including a message platform and brand guidelines.
