Development of a Water Conservation Plan and Implementation
The County Department of Water Supply - Water Resources and Planning Division, is seeking detailed proposals from interested and qualified consultants to supply services to develop a water conservation plan and design a portfolio of conservation programs to capture at least 15% of estimated conservation technical potential in a five-year implementation period.
