Development of a Unified Development Ordinance
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the purpose of, contracting with a qualified firm to
provide Services to Provide for the development of a Unified Development Ordinance as a
service to the County as outlined within this document.
The UDO will update and consolidate the County’s existing zoning, subdivision, sign, and other
miscellaneous land use regulations into a comprehensive ordinance for the regulation of land in
unincorporated County. It is the County’s intent to solicit interest from consulting firms that
have experience developing similar regulatory documents. The contract will be awarded based on the
proposed scope of services and the demonstrated ability of the consulting firm to perform those
services.
