Development of a Sustainable Fundraising Plan
We seeking a qualified consultant/team to develop a sustainable fundraising plan for our organization and provide assistance with implementation and evaluation. The total current combined annual operating budget is approximately $700,000. The majority of funding is from government contracts and foundation grants. The Boston Alliance for Early Education (BAEE) is a nonprofit organization focused on enhancing the quality of early education and care services offered to children in the greater Boston area. We do this by providing education, mentoring, and coaching services and empowering our diverse community of early educators to participate in public policy advocacy.
Our goal is to develop an overall fundraising strategy and position ourselves for long-term organizational stability and achievement of our mission. We anticipate beginning this process in the spring of 2010 and completing it in several months. The total amount available is $5,000, with potential for additional engagements for coaching and technical assistance.
