Development of a Prototype Lifeguard Stand
The City is inviting interested firms to submit proposals for the detailed design of a signature prototype lifeguard stand.
This RFP process will result in a detailed design for a beach lifeguard stand that:
a) provides clear recognition of the location of lifeguards on duty;
b) creates a signature symbol for quality at swimming beaches; and
c) meets the Design Guidelines and Technical Requirements set out in Sections 3.1 and 3.2 respectively
