Medium Practices (SMP) Committee2 of the International Federation of Accountants
(IFAC),3 of an explanatory guide (the Guide) to Practice Management for use by small and
medium-sized practices (SMPs). The Guide will provide guidance on how SMPs should
manage their practice in order for them to operate in a safe, profitable and professional
