Development of Web-Based Planning Tool to Facilitate School Safety Plans
The State is currently seeking proposals from qualified consultants with proven capacity and experience in the development and production of a state-wide school emergency management plan template to be utilized by all 19 public school districts and charter schools in Delaware. The purpose of the plan is to synchronize existing plans, address overall roles and responsibilities of the school districts in the state of Delaware, and describe necessary collaboration with other response agencies in an all hazards response. The plan will provide operational concepts for such events and will be used in conjunction with established standard operating procedures and policies.
