Development of University Health Center
The University is seeking a contractual collaborative partner to as assume
management of the University Health Center and to negotiate a ground lease, plan, finance,
construct and operate a University Health Center (Center) located on a site determined by the Board of
Regents on the City campus of UNL in Lincoln, Nebraska. The Center will provide a broad range of
healthcare services primarily for UNL students, but UNL faculty and staff are also served. This
arrangement will establish a partnership between UNL and the successful bidder, allowing them to
interact with the campus in a meaningful way, and become an integral part of the activities of UNL.
