The San Benito County Local Transportation Authority (LTA) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to develop a Transit Design Manual for San Benito County. The purposes of the Transit Design Manual shall be the following:
Explanation of significant benefits of transit accessibility
Review the goals and standards used by the Local Transportation Authority to make service decisions
Provide operational and design standards
