Development of Safety Net System Care Model
The scope should show the development of a model for a system of care that will ensure high quality immediate access to a continuum of care that optimizes the benefits of Federal, State, and local funding, including a public/private partnership whereby the community health center should meet the healthcare needs of the uninsured and underinsured residents.
