Development of Property
The
Agency is requesting proposals from qualified developer(s) to purchase the Property and to
design and construct (through new construction) a commercial, residential, or mixed-use project
on the site (Project). The Property will be offered for sale to the successful developer, subject
to the development restrictions set forth herein.
