Development of Properties
The City is
seeking to select the most responsive, responsible, and creative development proposal. The parcels present
a wonderful opportunity for a developer to purchase, redevelop and construct affordable and
market-rate housing that will provide spacious, yet attractive residential units in the City. THe City is known for having well-designed, aesthetically-pleasing communities.
The redevelopment of these parcels will further complement the community and enhance its
beauty and livability.
