Development of Poster Set and Lesson Plans
The State issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified Respondents to develop and organize a campaign that includes: ten (10) posters, lesson plans involving the posters, and distribution of lesson plans to ten (10) schools in Texas, based on Dr. Gregory Stanton's "8 Stages of Genocide".
