Baltimore Development Corporation (BDC), on behalf of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore (the City), is offering 1820 N. Charles Street, 1 W. North Ave. and the Parkway Theatre located at 3 W. North Ave for redevelopment. The theatre is envisioned as a candidate for restoration and expansion as a cabaret and venue for films, live music, and live performance. A special emphasis should be placed on the intersection of Charles St. and North Ave. in an effort to illuminate and bring vibrancy to this corner.
