Development of Organizational Change Indicators for Among Friends Initiative
Access Alliance is looking for a consultant to help develop organizational change indicators for their Among Friends initiative.
These base-line milestones/standards and indicators will be for organizations to use as they undertake organizational change processes to create safe and positive spaces for LGBTQ refugees and immigrants in their agencies. These milestones/standards and indicators will encompass all aspects of an organization's operations (e.g. governance, management, programs and services, planning and evaluation, community responsiveness, etc.).
