Development of Designs and Construction Documents
Note this is an extended due date.
The City is requesting statements of interest and qualifications from professional engineering firms with experience in the following areas: Conceptual and Schematic Design, Coastal Environmental Assessment, Design Development, Production of Contract Documents, Estimating, Permitting, and other related tasks to develop detailed designs for the construction of a portion of the "Baywalk" in the City's Historic Downtown. The final design and construction documents must meet the goals for coastal environmental education and awareness as further outlined in the full request for proposals.
