The Redevelopment Agency (Agency) of the City of Marina is soliciting proposals from experienced developers and operators who have the capability and experience to develop and operate a state-of-the-art residential community/neighborhood for seniors. The 188-acre Cypress Knolls development site is part of the former Fort Ord and is owned by the Agency. It is a very desirable property in terms of coastal area location and topography and offers partial views of Monterey Bay. Key entitlements such as water allocation are in place. Demand for senior housing with full continuum of care services is strong in the area and desired by the City of Marina.
