Development of Comprehensive Master Plan
The University is issuing this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) for the purpose of hiring a firm to undertake the development of a Comprehensive Master Plan (the Master Plan). The Master Plan shall assess the manner in which the University facilities presently serve the needs of its constituents and how the University might meet future facilities’ needs.
