Development of CATA Strategic Plan

The specific objectives for this Project are as follows:
Develop a five-year Strategic Plan that clearly outlines the future direction of the Authority.
Complete a thorough evaluation of the existing conditions to use as a basis for the plan.
Provide guidance to the Board of Directors through the development of the Strategic Plan to unify the Board on the various strategies, goals, and objectives of the plan.
Provide a manageable framework to be applied through the five years to insure accomplishment of the Strategic Plan and provide a process for updating and modifying, as desired by the Board of Directors.
