Development of Arkansas Capabilities Assessment Tool
This project will identify the capabilities that exist as a result of funding provided to jurisdictions within the State of Arkansas who receive Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP) funding. Specific methodology of assessment will be determined by the successful bidder in coordination with the Department. The tool should be based on the accepted Target Capability List (TCL) 2.0 as published by the US Department of Homeland Security. This list will serve as the basis to determine the link between funding levels and capability gains.
