Development Strategy Plan
The City in coordination with the Urban Renewal Agency have been working diligently to encourage development, both new and redevelopment, in the Tax Increment Finance District. The TIF will sunset in 2022, unless renewed. In order to ensure an added level of success the TIF is in need of general development guidance that is both attainable and affordable. The TIF district is home to a diverse business base including a mix of light industrial, commercial and retail.
