Sources Sought/Request for Information: National Security Technologies, LLC, (NSTec) (CONTRACTOR) is a prime management and operating contractor for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Nevada Site Office (NFO).

Please email (see below) a capability and experience statement, to include a rough order of magnitude estimate, which will demonstrate how you will meet the requirements.  The Statement of Work and Rough Order of Magnitude Estimate Worksheet are attached herein.

The primary objective is to develop an application to replace the Historical Dosimetry Record Maintenance and Document Maintenance application, commonly referred to as CIC/DRP application; Coordination and Information Center (CIC) / Dosimetry Research Project (DRP).  CIC/DRP is used to collect, consolidate, and disseminate exposure information for persons who participated in or attended United States nuclear detonation tests.

The period of performance is 12 months from date of award; which may be sometime in the Fall 2015, however, there is no guarantee of this schedule.
