public improvement permit process, and the building permit process of the xxxxxx
Development changes should include: a "development-wide" solution to better integrate relevant City
Departments (Building and Safety, Planning, Public Works, Transportation, Fire, Water and Power,
Housing, Cultural Affairs, etc.), as well as other regulatory agencies (the Air Quality Management
District, School District, Community Redevelopment Agency, etc.).
