The International Finance Corporation (IFC) invites proposals from qualified Offerors interested in providing a Development Outcome Tracking System (DOTS).
1. The International Finance Corporation (IFC) is seeking to implement a customizable off-the-shelf system to capture, track and report development outcome and impacts of its projects and clients.
2. IFC invites Proposals from qualified Offerers capable of providing a customizable off-the-shelf system with functionality to:
Facilitate the delivery of cost effective system to capture, store and report development results of IFC's projects
Support reliable services for Stakeholders framework in order to properly organize and generalize impacts and indicators
Provide intuitive user interface to IFC's staff in order for them to report their respective development results
Provide reliable reporting facilities that can allow aggregation of development results at any level, such as sector, country, department, region or world
Integration with existing corporate applications, systems, and technologies, most notably, iDESK. iDESK is IFC's home grown corporate portal system that facilitates the capture, tracking and workflow of IFC's projects, partners, and investments related activities.
