Development Management System
The Agencies are soliciting proposals for enterprise application software, fully integrated with a geographic information system, to support the County’s development services processes for permitting, plan review, inspections, code enforcement, case management, economic development, and other development activities. The Development Management System (DMS) helps development services agencies ensure compliance with local, State and Federal regulations, and that citizens are protected from environmental or public safety hazards.
