The Office is currently seeking to replace the remaining two temporary campus enhancement donor recognition signs with permanent signage. The new signage will need to reflect the modern design of the campus enhancement project and allow named recognitions to be updated as these specific gifts are received. The recognition signs will be mounted in two separate outside concrete walls, each cut out space in these walls measures 99.5 inches wide and 53 inches high. The first campus enhancement sign was completed this last October; the materials used on this sign consisted of a slate background, stainless steel name panels and anodized aluminum. All materials quoted must be resistant to sun, heat and chemicals; be scratch and abrasion resistant and should not chip, crack or peel. We are seeking a full turnkey bid that would include the design, rendering, samples proofing and manufacturing of the display. Freight and installation costs would be determined by the materials selected and shipment methods. This portion of the signage project should be completed by mid to late February 2013.
