Development Advisory Services
The successful Offeror will provide one individual to serve as a Development Advisor for eight hours per week for a one-year period to advise the Mayor and his staff and take a direct role in the delivery of the redevelopment of the Building, including selection of team members, gaining regulatory approvals, securing special legislation, obtaining financing, completing construction, and facilitating occupancy.
