Development & Implementation of Operation and Maintenance Program for City's Wastewater Collection System
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works, Bureau of Water & Wastewater to certify the qualification of consulting engineering firms to provide professional engineering services to further develop and implement the Citys Wastewater Collection System Operation and Maintenance Program in compliance with the federal Consent Decree (CD) and consistent with Capacity, Management, Operation and Maintenance (CMOM) objectives.
