Development, implementation and operation of data warehouse and data mining technology
The State's Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Bureau of Revenue Services, Systems and Programming Division, invites contractors to submit bids for the development, implementation and operation of data warehouse and data mining technology that will be used to increase state revenues through the identification of individual income tax nonfilers, to improve detection and interdiction of erroneous and fraudulent individual income tax and circuit breaker refunds, and to provide substantial support for revenue estimation and econometric research.
