Developing the Park Conceptual Site Plan
The Town is soliciting proposals of qualification and generalized scope of
services from qualified professional planning consultants/firms for developing the
Park Conceptual Site Plan into bid/construction plans, specifications, and documents and
seeing the project through construction, including all requisite associated documents,
presentations, plans, maps and electronic files.
