Develop training and communication products to support Continuing Care Projects and Initiatives
The Department is seeking Proposals from qualified Responders to develop training curriculum that will be used for the certification of assessors, as well as the development of training curriculum to support other Continued Care Association projects and initiatives. CCA and subject matter experts will provide the successful responder with the subject matter that will need to be incorporated into the training curriculum. CCA is committed to providing interactive training that focuses on core competencies of assessors and that builds understanding about CCA programs and services. Development of training curriculum could include but is not limited to e-learning modules, video clips, case scenarios, etc. that ensure the learners primary experiences are learner-centered and performance-based. Parts of this curriculum will be achieved through an e-learning interface incorporating multimedia and accessibility. CCA intends to provide some of this training face-to-face, also incorporating multimedia with different learning formats. These interactive courses and materials will provide learners with information about policies, procedures, and best practices intended to support continued improvement of service delivery and referral protocols with other community services providers and information and assistance providers.
