Develop initial cost estimates and timelines
This RFP solicits proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for the development of initial cost estimates and timelines to complete the PHT in Northern Virginia. Estimates will include the process, timeline, and costs for design through construction for up to 10 projects for a total cost of approximately $15,000. It is envisioned that the project will take 4 months to complete.
