GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: The selected developer will be expected to deliver, manage and maintain a quality marketable student housing project in keeping with the Master Plan and at competitive and affordable student rental rates. The University will enter into a ground lease agreement with the developer on a 7+ acre portion of the campus.
