Purpose: The purpose of these specifications is to procure a Contractor to develop web-based training for the Agency's Standard Operating Procedures. This training is to assure consistency in SOP applications at all locations.
Requirements: Selected Contractor shall read and fully comprehend the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of the San Antonio Housing Authority. Contractor shall develop and provide web-based training on each of the procedures. The web-based training content shall be the property of SAHA. Contractor shall provide web-based instructor led training for SAHA personnel on each procedure, record and return to SAHA each of these web-based training sessions so that a library can be maintained on each procedure for future training of new hires and re-training of current personnel.
