INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - PERSONAL SERVICES - INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Create a web-based training (WBT) lesson module that will provide an overview of Smart Grid Technologies. Application shall be available for use by the College and all Pacific Northwest Center of Excellence for Clean Energy Smart Grid grant collaborating organizations and associated contacts to use internally, on their own Learning Management Systems.

Project must be complete and delivered no later than June 24, 2011.

Any interest in this project must be submitted by the end of the day on Friday, February 18, 2011
