The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit unsealed proposals in order to enter into a competitively negotiated contract with one Contractor to develop and provide a marketing plan for the fiscal year 2011 (July 1, 2010 June 30, 2011) for the Industry Board, a part of the State's Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
