Develop Geographic Information System (GIS) Raster Data Layers
The Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife is soliciting sealed proposals to develop Geographic Information System (GIS) raster data layers that document changes in the spatial pattern of commercial and residential development in organized towns of Maine over a 3-year period. The Department requires a 2004 baseline development raster, a 2007 new development raster, and a 2004-07 change in development raster; all to be created from 1-meter resolution, color orthoimagery.
