The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to engage an independent consultant who will work with Goodwill staff to develop 5 one hour self-paced on-line training modules. The audience for the training is staff working at local Goodwills. The modules will be presented with audio, along with on-line transcripts and post-assessments.
