Detailed Engineering and Design for Fiber Optic Facilities
The State is seeking to design open fiber optic facilities that will support use by multiple service providers and which will have strands suitable for middle mile or transport applications, as well as strands suitable for last mile applications. The State intends to use the Engineering and Design process to determine the number of fiber strands needed to support middle mile and last mile applications.
