Detailed Design & Portal Development
The First Nations Technology Council (FNTC) has been mandated to develop a Technology
Plan to ensure that all First Nations have access to broadband and related technologies
that all communities have access to qualified, affordable technical support, and that
all users have the skills needed to use technology as a tool for transformative change. In
addition FNTC has been mandated by the Chiefs of the BC Assembly of First Nations,
the Union of BC Indian Chiefs and the First Nations Summit to set up a common technical
services organization to support communities and to develop an integrated information
management strategy.
