DESKTOP AND RELATED SUPPORT SERVICES FOR DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCIAL SERVICES OFFICE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
The intent of this request for Proposal (RFP) #607075 is to solicit responses from state preapproved/contracted desktop, server, and network-related support service providers that will assist State agencies and departments of Maine State Government on a service order or project basis. The resulting contract will be for a one (1) year period with the option of (3) additional 1 year renewals at the option of the State of Maine.
Proposals sealed in envelopes plainly marked "PROPOSAL FOR DESKTOP AND RELATED SUPPORT SERVICES" will be received by:

Until 2:00 PM, local time August 7, 2007. Proposals received after the date and time specified will not be considered. The Office of Information Technology reserves the right to waive all formalities and reject any and all Proposals. Proposals shall be made in the format described in this RFP and be made on the letterhead of the Bidder.
