Desktop & Laptop Computers
The University is in the final stages of selecting a preferred Vendor(s) to supply desktop and laptop computers, as described in Attachment A, for a period of twelve(12) months, with an option to renew for an additional six (6) month term. The desktop and each category of laptop computers may be awarded to different vendors. The quantities of the initial orders are expected to be 50 desktops and 30 laptops in small quantities with 300 desktops and 100 laptops ordered over the term of the RFP. Individual Purchase Orders will be issued, by the University, to the Vendor(s) on an “as and when requested basis”. The University cannot and will not commit to the purchase of any specific quantities.
