COMBINED SYNOPSIS AND SOLICIATION
In accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, the following information for the combined synopsis/solicitation is hereby provided:
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation 29-40882 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).
Solicitation 29-40882 and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect with through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72 effective January 1, 2014.
Solicitation 29-40882 will be set aside for any small business, and the associated NAICS code is 442110 Furniture Stores.

A description of the requirements, dates/places of delivery and acceptance, and the destination are provided in the attached Requirements document.
Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial hereby applies to this acquisition.
Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, hereby applies to this acquisition. Technical, past performance, and price shall be used evaluate offers. Technical and past performance when combined are less important than price.
Vendors shall include a completed copy of provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its quote.
Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, hereby applies to this acquisition.
Clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, herby applies to this acquisition. All additional FAR clauses cited in this clause are provided in the Terms and Conditions attachment.
All terms and conditions determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition are provided in the Terms and Conditions attachment.
Humanscale brand name justification is provided as an attachment.
