Desired Outcome 3
This Request for Proposals (RFP) (#DO32013) is designed to solicit proposals for funding from qualified Applicants for innovative, quality interventions that supplement (and not supplant) existing levels of services for the benefit of children 0-5 years in the County. Proposals will facilitate the creation, implementation and enhancement of an effective and integrated set of collaborative services that produce measureable results with regard to the Desired Outcomes.
