The City is requesting proposals from entities to collaborate and guide the city
through the designing of a comprehensive master plan. The city received a $30,000 Community
Development Block Grant to fund the entire comprehensive master plan. Public involvement is an
imperative component of this project. Our CDBG contract requires a minimum of two public meetings
specifically to solicit input from our residents and other interested parties. Therefore, the consultant
needs to have experience in developing and facilitating a creative and effective public participation
process and will be required to work closely and communicate with local government and community
stake holders. The Brook Park Economic Development Office will be the contact for this project.
