This is a design-build project for the Test Track, Commissioning Facility, and Parking Garage.The work includes the design and construction of: 10,000 linear feet of test track within the existing Lineg a 2-story, 60,000 square feet Commissioning Facility that will be located within the Yardg and a 300-350 spaces, 3-story parking structure within the Yard.The work includes, but is not limited to, design, earthwork, structural steel, cast-in-place concrete, precast concrete, automatic train control, traction power, track work, systems integration, and site work.
