- This RFP had a pre-bid event.
This new, approximately 7000 (+/-) sq ft facility, is to be built to replace the current facility located on site. The existing facility is to remain in use until completion of the new building. Upon completion the existing facility will be demolished, the former building site cleared and utilized for construction of parking as required.
